Improved Car Park Construction Methodology

Car park construction by traditional methods is unsustainable and unnecessarily excessive in carbon emissions. A fit for purpose design utilising just the pre existing site soils can be far more more durable and much lower in long term maintenance costs.

RoadCem is a superior road base technology, up to twelve times stiffer than a crushed stone alternative, with the zeolite alkali reaction significantly increasing crystallisation to form a dense crack free road and car park base.

Large area bound soil platforms can be quickly constructed from in-situ materials, to form impermeable base on to which a tar and chip or this asphalt running surface can be directly bonded.

This sustainable RoadCem design has been shown to last for +30 years with CO2 reductions of up to 80% and even more when the client opts for waste ash cement replacement options.
